Jawbone Up3

I went with the Jawbone Up3. I’ve had it for about 5 days now, and I’m loving it. I can keep track of what I’m eating, and when- so I know how many calories I’ve had; how I’m sleeping; my heart-rate; my steps and exercises; my mood; and my weight. Plus I can set alarms to vibrate on my wrist. It’s pretty great. The app is very user friendly and informative.

I have actually been surprised at how motivating it is to see my step count. The app has little challenges for step counts based on your average steps, and it has really helped get me moving more.

My only complaint so far is battery life, but I think I have that figured out. It seems the charging USB is a USB 2.0, whereas my computer only has USB 3.0 ports. After realizing that, I used my phone USB 2.0 charging hub and it seems to have charged much more completely now.

Fitness Tracker

I’m thinking of getting a fitness/wellness tracker. I’m trying to decide between the Jawbone UP3 and the Fitbit Charge HR, to go with my Samsung Galaxy S3.

Anyone have either the Jawbone UP3 or the Fitbit Charge HR?

I’m leaning towards the Jawbone, because of the sleep information and thinner profile, but I’m not sold on either yet. Not having the display on it doesn’t really matter to me, I’m used to just working at my phone anyway.
